When you end the dinner we give you the opportunity of sky observation through a large 20-inch telescope that will give you a view of the celestial bodies in a location that enjoys the best conditions for astronomical observation.

Soc. Turismo Migrantes is responsible for the logistical integrity associated with the services offered under the following conditions:

Service is provided in Shared Mode (with more passengers in the group).
The seats in the transfer mobility are not reserved, they are taken according to the order of arrival / pick up.
The experiences of this Operator are registered in Sernatur as a service provider of: Tour operator, horseback riding, cycling, hiking.
Have low level of risk and difficulty, and provide the necessary security according to the protocols, available in Organization Manual 2021.
The price does not include gratuity to the guides and does not include accident insurance.
The company is not responsible for the loss or damage of your belongings.

CANCELLATION

Cancellation by Turismo Migrantes due to climatic changes or other force majeure factors:

Service will be postponed according to availability of agency and Passenger.
If cancelled before the departure of the tour,100% of the paid money will be refunded
If cancelled after the departure of the tour, it will be refunded retaining the costs incurred.

Cancellation by the passenger:

If you cancel more than 48 hours in advance, the money paid will be refunded, retaining expenses if incurred.
If you cancel less than 48 hours in advance, 30% of the value of the service will be retained.
If you cancel with 24 hours, or the same day of the service, it Will be considered as “Performed” without giving rise to claims, postponements, or returns.

Cases of COVID-19:

If you cancel more than 24 hours in advance because of C-19, 100% of the value of the service shall be returned together with a medical certificate attesting to associated symptoms, a suspicious case or PCR test result attesting to the positivity of covid-19 in the Passenger
If you cancel with less than 24 hours in advance due to C-19, 80% of the value of the service will be returned with a medical certificate that accredits associated symptoms, suspicious case.
